The streets are lonely

There are no cars..

How did the situation became so bizzarre

The streets are lonely no one is there, why isn't anyone being sincere

Everyone is in panic buying everyng in need,This is the punishment of our bad deeds

This virus corona is killing continously, still some people are not taking it seriously

The oceans our sins are deep, salute to the doctors who are working without sleep

The goverments locked their cities so that virus would'nt spread , what will happen to the people who work daily to earn their bread

The people are taking quarantine as a holiday

,The number of corona cases is increasing everyday

Some people know they are affected but they wont tell, after dying they would be burning in hell

When corona cases were increasing day by day, I realized it is time to pray

Do not see yourself with the eyes of others .Try to see yourself in the way You are

Do not see yourself with the eyes of others .Try to see yourself in the way You are .

It doesn't matter who you are .

It doesn't matter what's your skin colour .

It doesn't matter what's your intelligence level.

It doesn't matter you are poor or rich.

You always hear something from them. You always prepare yourself for the negative comments.

In all of these, the words you hear , the disturbing and painful words ;Never count on these words ,never see yourself with these words.Never recall the voices .Never give them the option to tell you who you are ,and who you are not.

Never let them to tell you that what's you are capable and what's you are not.No one can define you, unless you lower yourself.Never compare yourself with others. You have a beautiful body with perfect skin tone, You have a high level of intelligence ,never compare your grades with others and never let your parents and teachers to compare you with others. You are not here to make a race of grades. You have your path walk in it with confidence not with depression and anxiety. You are doing great ,never stress yourself.

This is your life and it's your responsibility to shut the negative feeling and comments. If you continuously remember the voices you will never move forward. This is your path make it your desirous path and  never make it the path that others want to follow.Never take yourself for granted. Never die within. You are complete package of every thing.Just you need some important improvements to live healthy ,better and peaceful life.

My side clock ticks all the time and I race with its every tick to make my commitments in time.

My side clock ticks all the time and I race with its every tick to make my commitments in time. Those same ticks also remind me of how I'm going to lose the next half an hour of my life like thousands of them in eighteen years. I know my readers. They follow a similar routine in their life but answer this:

How many times did you race for something that truly made you happy other than work? How many times have you felt like taking a break from everything and just feel the flow without attempting to get ahead of it? How many times have you felt "This is it"?

What is the perfect end to you life (according to you) for which you're fighting against time constantly?

As I write this, I'm asking myself these questions too but you know what? certain incidents in life have modified my definition of a perfect ending to my story. From wanting to be a magical creature to a person who just wishes to see her surroundings smile and do everything just because it makes them happy not because they have to do it, I have changed too.

You are not alone in this journey to something great... there are other boats along you. You just have to look and stop racing against time so that you can just be.

Star gazing, sunrises and sunsets late night drives i feel peace in these little things

Star gazing, sunrises and sunsets late night drives i feel peace in these little things. They asked me alot of time Ahsan tumhare liye khushi kya hai i never knew the answer. Then at time i realize khushi barish ki pehli boond hai jis ko mehsoos karke aik alag sukoon milta hai.khushi har shaaam sooraj ko gurooob hotey wey dekhna hai aur ye umeeed rakhni hai kul wo phir ayegaa aur phir wahi sukoon aur wahi khushi mughe deyga.

The problem we are facing today is that we are finding happiness where as happiness is internal it can be found in the smallest thing and it cant be found in the things that are worth million.

I find peace in the nature it make me happy.

Kyun k ye choti choti khushiyan hi insaan ka jeene ka maqsad hai.

Learn to say NO!

Learn to say NO!

Many of us feel compelled to agree to every request and would rather juggle a million jobs than refuse to help, even if we are left with no time for ourselves. Learning to say no can earn you respect from yourself as well those around you. So why do we continue to say yes? It could be that we believe that saying no is uncaring, even selfish, and we may have a fear of letting other people down. On top of this may be a fear of being disliked, criticized, or risking a friendship. The first step to find the word NO is to get a little angry about all the time, energy and money you have spent saying yes to things that you could have said no to. How many coffees have you had with people you didn’t want to have coffee with? How many weddings have you been to that you didn’t really want to attend?

Did you ever wonder why it was so easy to say no when you were a little kid and why it has become so difficult now? Well, as children, we learned that saying no was impolite or inappropriate. If you say no to your mom, dad, teacher, uncle, grandparents and so on, you were most certainly considered to be being rude and you would probably been told off for it. Saying no was off limits and yes was the polite and likable thing to say. Now that we are all adults, we are more mature and capable of making our own choices, as well as knowing the difference between wrong and right. Therefore, no shouldn’t be an off-limit word, but rather something that we decide on ourselves, based on our own decision.

In this book “The Power of NO”, entrepreneur and author James Althucher wrote: “When you say yes to something, you don’t want to do. You hate what you are doing, you resent the person who asked you, and you hurt yourself.” Interestingly, the ability to say no is closely linked to self-confidence. People with low self-confidence and self-esteem often feel nervous about antagonizing others and tend to rate other’s needs more highly than their own. Being unable to say no can make you exhausted, stressed and irritable. It could be undermining any efforts you make to improve your quality of life if you spend hours worrying over how to get out of an already-promised commitment. If your spare time is taken up with committee meetings and myriad other engagements, your family may be suffering.

Sometimes people also couldn’t say no to please people and pleasing people is something a lot of individuals battle with. They like to care and nurture, make sure everyone is feeling good and get excited about things that others are excited about. But after a while they realize that saying yes to everything that comes their way often leaves them saying no to themselves and their most important people too.

If you are still struggling to say no, bear in mind what the billionaire businessman Warren Buffet famously said: “Successful people say no to almost everything.” Saying no allows you to say yes to what is important to you. It allows you to be a better person because when you say yes, it comes from a good place, not from resentment or fear. It creates space for what matters most to you, rather than drowning in business, like most of us are and consider this that if you said no more, what could you say yes to? A common way to start out is “I’m sorry, but” as people think that it sounds more polite. While politeness is important when you learn to say no, apologizing just makes it sound weaker. You need to be firm and unapologetic about guarding your time. You always have to allow the possibilities to inspire your no.

“A good tennis match is where two players are alternating serves, not one player hitting five serves in a row.”

You May need to read it

ONE FINAL EXPOSING POST BEFORE I START A NEW GROWTH JOURNEY!

“A good tennis match is where two players are alternating serves, not one player hitting five serves in a row.” My therapist said after telling me that I should no longer see him and go learn how to play tennis, I didn’t know what tennis has to do with my fucked-up relationship patterns until now.

All my life I have been stuck trying "to earn" love and affection in relationships, at first, I used to call the boys toxic and post Facebook memes about it, then I started calling myself toxic and punished myself hard for it, and finally, after 4-5 similar experiences, I had to find out what science has to offer.

Psychoanalysis provides few hypotheses: 1) I am an only child and grandchild who enjoyed being the center of attention of FOUR moms, so it kind of hurts my ego when I don’t get same attention from boys and it challenges me to prove that I’m worthy of it. 2) At a very young age, I had to earn my dad’s presence in my life, because the idea of being the daughter seemed “not enough” for him to stay involved so I crave attention from male-figures who in that sense looked a lot like my dad. 3) Growing up learning that it is easier to sign divorce papers than to fight dictated my subconscious to chase the wrong options and freak out from the good ones because failed marriages run in the family, I could never break this inherited cycle. I do not know which is more accurate, or if it could be mix of all -you know humans are complicated-

While CBT suggests that I have negative thoughts of myself that leads to self-destructive behaviors, I believe that I am unworthy, I am not good enough, I MUST DO SOMETHING for people to accept me, or that deep down I am hungry for people’s validation which resonated with how I excel at work, how active I am on social media, how I go the extra-mile for my friends to stay in my life, all to get people clapping for me (this post included). Likewise, I should do all the work before a man decides on me. Even though, I try to tame my thoughts logically, I still resort to the same approach, I depend on external approvals, I know theoretically I deserve better, but I still struggle to process it, feel it, and believe it. Which is why I fall into the same old pattern and challenging this rooted negative belief of myself is hard while continuing to do the same thing.

Therefore, I decided I will no longer spend nights beating myself up because I liked the wrong guy again but rather give myself credit for dealing with this attraction considering all the above because now I “know” I have grown into an aware, honest and self-accountable woman who is constantly trying to be a better version of herself. In the hope that this absolute fact about myself makes me “truly believe” that I am a woman who deserves one hell of a tennis match.

♦️✨Do you ever wonder why people change?✨♦️

♦️✨Do you ever wonder why people change?✨♦️

As we always complaint that someone has changed completely.  For example, Someone who is too emotional and suddenly that person becomes rude? And rude person becomes polite, silent one start talking to people? Why a loving person suddenly change into cold one?

Now what's the reason behind that?

It's because of Psychic energy, psychic energy is a force which is responsible for all mental processes. In every human opposition is present. For example, when you have good thought about something, there will be bad thought on opposite side. According to Carl Jung (Psychologist) it's the opposition that creates the Power of the Psyche. It's like the two poles of the battery and psychic energy cannot stick to only one side. Opposite side is must present in unconsciousness.

That's why a person can change from good to bad,bad to good, from being polite to rude, rude to polite, talkative to silent, silent to talkative, from being honest to dishonest, dishonest to honest. That's why most of the time an INTROVERT change into EXTROVERT and EXTROVERT change into an INTROVERT.

That's why it is always said that *Everything has End*. A person cannot spent his whole life in sins ,there will be time when he would shift towards goodness. An emotional one cannot spent his whole life being too emotional but there will be a time when he will change. People preferences would be change. Person will go towards their opposite at any cost.

Sibling Love

We may never show it, but we love our siblings unconditionally.

We share each and every lil thing with them.

Tell them every story, solve their problems and tell them to solve ours.

We talk about how was our day.

We fight, we call names of each other.

Sometimes we feel like killing them because they piss us so bad.

And sometimes when they are not around we miss them so bad.

We feel aloneness when they're not near us.

We share a bond which is so beautiful.

Although we don't like them sometimes but still we want them in our lives.

Their existence is Useless as well as worthy to us.

Sometimes ,they can be your unpaid therapists, sometimes a good listener, sometimes a guardian angel, sometimes the best advisor.

Even though if we think that we would have been happy if we were alone,we would never be.

Because there are some memories we share with them which can never be forgotten.

So here, i am writing a lil letter to my only brother..... Saim

Well,

Dear saim(pehli baar tameez se tera naam liya hai)

Allah tujhay khush rakhay(sirf us waqt jab tak tu meri baat manta rahay)

Khuda ka waasta hai Pubg khelna band krde warna tera phone tordoongi main

Tujhay jis kachray k dhair se uthaya tha ab wo dhair dobara tera talabgaar hai to tu wapis chala ja

Agar tu na hota to sukoon hota, bilkul akeli hoti main🥺

Lekin chalo ab tu agaya hai to main thori c qurbani de k tujhay bardasht kr loongi

Or tareef mujhse nahi hoti teri,

Na hi is like hain ap k apki tareef ki jaye

Meray bed pe na betha kr

Stay blessed✨

How unfair is it that Something that is given so much importance in many parts of the world is given minimum importance in pakistan.

How unfair is it that Something that is given so much importance in many parts of the world is given minimum importance in pakistan. Freedom of speech is part of life and cannot be neglected. No one can be stripped from it. Every other person has the right to say what they believe, what they are thinking. Who are we to stop someone from Saying what they are thinking? Who is anyone to stop any other person from doing so? A person doesnt eat out of your pocket he earns his bread himself he pays his taxes and is equal to you in all aspects and so each and everyone deserves to speak their heart out. You dont know what the other person has gone through in their lives what their journey has been like. But here in pakistan if you dare say anything that the majority does not want to hear your going to be shut down. Why? The main reason is because of extremism.

Extremism is never good in any case. It stops your from listening to others point of view and u believe that what your saying is right and you dont others are wrong and you dont need to hear them and this is why freedom of speech is snatched from the hands of the minority. How many times have we seem people of other religions trying to raise a valid point that we know is valid but due to this thinking others are denied a right to say how they feel because whatever the majority says is correct. People literally have been beaten receive death threats and what not just for speaking how they feel. Even if they are not harming anyone it still hurts the ego of the majority that how does the minority have a voice? How are they following us and not doing what we think is write and thus are shut down. In other parts of the world this freedom of speech is given so much importance for a reason. Everyone should have the right to speak and say how they feel, put their thoughts forward. Not being given such a basic right is very suffocating. How are people who are suffering be able to put their points across? Should they just sit in silence and suffer for the rest of their lives and after them their children and so on? NO. People have given lives for this freedom of speech, just so that they can be heard just so that they have a voice just so people know what others are going through. Life without freedom of speech is not a life worth living. Although article 19 of the constitution of pakistan does guarantee freedom Of speech and freedom for expression as long as it is not illegal or against islam wjhich is understandable but then again because of this extremist mindset anything said not in favor of the majority is taken as against islam by them. How does one explain to them that if something is different from your way, your believes it does not make it against your way and your believes and your religion. In no way are you being Harmed. Everyone has a right to practice what they believe no?

This issue isn’t something that I have just heard its something that I have seen for myself and at many points in my life experience it as well. many of my friends my colleagues have traveled from different parts of the city and have different believes I myself have seen how difficult life is for them. Being in minority they are never allowed to do anything according to their traditions and they aren’t allowed to say anything because if they do raise a voice they would either be shut down or made fun of.

The only solution I see to this problem is to remove this  extremist mindset of people. So that they can put aside their ego and look at this whole scenario from a different perspective. So that they can know that giving freedom of speech does not lower our values or hurt your ego if the other person has his own believes his own thoughts his own sayings. Freedom of speech is a necessity of life and without it a person would just suffocate to death.  So fight for whats right fight for your freedom of speech because without freedom of speech life is not worth living.
