ایک ہی زندگی ہے، سادہ رکھیں۔

..."دونوں ہاتھوں سے پکڑ کر حرارت محسوس کریں. 

اپنے لیے وقت نکالیں...

..."_اپنے آپ کو انا سے ہٹا کر اہمیت دیں.._ 

..."زندگی کی تلخیوں کو چائے کی چسکیوں کے ساتھ ختم کریں...

..."_اور اگر پھر بھی سکون نا آئے..._ 

..."_تو اس خالی کپ کو دیکھیے..._ 

جس طرح اس کپ میں دوبارہ چائے بھرنے کی گنجائش ہے اسی طرح آپکے اندر بھی زندگی اور خوشی بھرنے کی گنجائش ..."باقی ہے...

" اپنے اندر کی خالی جگہوں کو پُر کرنا سیکھیے "

Let us stop imitating our ideals and let us be ready to receive our own essence more deeply. 

Let us stop gossiping and let us sit with the broken and listen to their silence. 

Let us find magic in all little things in life. 

Morning walks, coffee, long drives, mountains, woods, hugs, reading, music, deep conversation, full moon, rainy day, clouds, sound of waves, solitude.
